Elaionas, Peloponnese

The Venue

Semantron Traditional Village

Located in Elaionas close to Rodia, The Semantron Traditional Village is ideally positioned looking out at both the mountain of Helmos and the Gulf of Corinth. The unique monastic cells on site were built in 1840 for the monks of the Monastery of Mega Spilaio (meaning great cave) who would travel down from Kalavrita to gather olives in order to make olive oil.

The hotel grounds feature a chapel, olive groves, fruit trees, a small animal farm, and two outdoor pools. We will be holding both the ceremony and the reception at the Semantron and we strongly recommend staying on-site.

We are holding a number of rooms at the Semantron for our guests to book. Room rates are €80 per night for a double room, €115 per night for a triple, €130 per night for a junior suite, and €150 per night for a family suite. There are a total of 52 rooms at the resort, so we recommend booking well in advance in order to secure a room for the wedding.

The hotel will be open from Wednesday 1st June 2022 until check out on Monday 6th June 2022. Please check our travel guide for suggestions if you are planning to stay in Greece for longer.

Please book using the link provided below which has been specially created for our wedding guests. You can book your rooms here.
