Fly to Athens
We recommend flying to Athens airport which has the best transport links to Elaionas. An alternative option is Kalamata airport which has rental car options
Drive to Semantron
Welcome to Greece! We strongly recommend hiring a car as public transport in Greece can be difficult to navigate. The drive to Elaionas is approximately two hours from Athens airport and two hours 30 minutes from Kalamata airport. Renting a car will also provide you with the freedom to explore the local area. We recommend having cash with you in the car as there are a number of tolls on the motorway. From Athens airport, we advise taking the new motorway, the 8A, rather than the old coastal highway, the 8, which takes a lot longer.

Bus to Aigio
If you do not want to rent a car during your vacations then there is the option of public transport. Once you arrive at the airport, we recommend to take a taxi to the bus station in Kifisos for Peloponnese destinations (KTEL AXAIAS) and catch a KTEL/bus from there to Aigio. the duration is approximately 2h & 30 min and the price per ticket between €16 - €19. Once you arrive in the Aigio Bus stop, you will need to catch another taxi to go to Semantron or your hotel. Semantron is approximately 20 mins from the bus stop.
